Minasfor Exchange and Return Policy
Minasfor respects the Consumer Protection Code and establishes its Exchange and Return Policy with the aim of ensuring a safe, transparent, and fair shopping experience.
The customer may request a return due to remorse within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of product receipt, as provided by law. In this condition, the item must be unused, in perfect condition, with original packaging, manuals, accessories, and invoice.
In cases of manufacturing defect or damage, the exchange or return request must be made within 30 (thirty) days after product receipt. After analysis and confirmation of the problem, Minasfor will replace the item or issue a refund, depending on availability and customer preference.
Exchanges or returns will not be accepted for products showing signs of misuse, damage caused by improper use, natural wear and tear, or alterations made by the consumer.
The request must be made through official service channels, providing the order number, reason for exchange or return, and, if requested, images of the product. The deadline and procedure for shipping will be informed after the initial analysis.
The refund will be processed according to the payment method used for the purchase, respecting the deadlines of the financial operator or platform responsible. Minasfor reserves the right to refuse requests that do not meet the criteria of this policy.
