Exchange or return request
All exchange or return requests must be communicated to the Customer Service Center for detailed instructions on the process. The contact details for our customer service center can be found in the footer of the website or on the Contact Us page.
Conditions for Exchange, Return or Cancellation of purchase
The maximum period is 7 days after product receipt.
The merchandise must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered, i.e.: manufacturer's seals intact and in the original packaging and with all accessories that accompany the product. It is important to emphasize that the product box must also be in perfect condition, that is, the packaging must not have been damaged or violated.
It is clarified that the product MUST NOT HAVE BEEN USED.
Shipping for Exchange, Return or Cancellation of purchase
The shipping cost for the return of the merchandise will be the responsibility of the online store, with no additional cost to the consumer.
It is necessary for the consumer to request the exchange, return or right of cancellation within a maximum period of 7 days after receiving the merchandise.
The shipping flow will be explained by our service team, depending on the quantity and size of the product to be returned.
Attention! Upon arrival, the product's condition will be analyzed, and if product use is verified, the exchange or return may be refused, and the product returned.
Credit card refund
After receiving the product at our Distribution Center and approving the return or exchange upon item analysis, we will send the refund request to the credit card administrator, who in turn has a period to process the request according to each credit card administrator's policy.
The refunded amount may be returned in future invoices, according to the credit card administrator's policy.
Refund for Boleto, Pix or Transfer
The refund will be processed after approval of the return upon analysis of the items in our Distribution Center and will be carried out through a refund to a checking or savings account.
Banking details must be provided at the time of requesting the exchange or return.
